Everyone needs to exercise. Doctors encourage their patients to exercise at least three times per week. As we get older, however, we need to protect our joints, so aerobic and step exercises may not be the best choice. If you’re considering an exercise program, think about line dancing. It’s good exercise, and it’s not hard on a person’s joints. Also, it’s fun, and line dancing classes are offered here at TPUMC each Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. by Melanie Zaiko. Cost: $5. Beginner and Advanced classes are taught, and the people in class are friendly. At the end of a hectic day, line dancing is a great way to help you unwind, so consider giving this a try.
