Weekly Tai Chi Classes
Tai Chi is sometimes described as "moving meditation." Its practice comes from the idea that life is a balance of energy - Yin (receptive, earth) and Yang (active, heaven).
When: Saturdays 1-2:00 p.m.
Where: Social Hall (basement)
Cost: $5.00 per class

Family Nights
Families with children are invited to come and enjoy a hot meal and informal small group discussion on Thursday evenings during Lent. Take a break and let us prepare dinner once a week! Enrichment activities for your children are available.

Lent begins with Ash Wednesday on February 17. There will be a special Lent-themed Bible study. Please let Pastor Na know if you would be interested in joining a 6-7 week small group.
